OPTION 1: FIND A DHL EXPRESS SERVICE POINT

1. Go to: DHL Express Service Locator
2. Confirm the country selection is correct or: Select the Country you are in.
3. Enter Your Postcode/ZIP Code: Type your location’s postcode/ZIP and select your address from the list.
4. Select the Service: Choose ‘Send Shipment’. (!)
5. Choose Payment Option: Select ‘I have a DHL Express return shipment.’ (!)
6. Choose Handling Option: Select ‘I have printed a DHL Express label.’ (!)
7. Click Search: Find the nearest DHL Express Global Service Point.
8. Return Your Package: Take your package to any of the listed DHL Express Service Points.

(!) Watch out! Within Steps 4,5,6 these are the only applicable options from the dropdown menus.

 

Option 2: Schedule a DHL Express Courier Pickup

1. Go to: DHL Express Courier Collection if on your mobile phone
If on your desktop, go to: DHL Express Courier Collection and when asked Create shipping label? Select 'No.'
2. Choose option: Select ' I have a DHL tracking number .'
3. Enter Waybill number: Type in your 10-digit Waybill number (found under the top barcode on your shipping label).
4. Fill out pickup address form: Fill in all required fields.
5. Enter parcel details: Enter approximate weight and dimensions.
6. Choose pickup date: Choose a date; the pickup time slot will be confirmed.
7. Schedule pickup: Click 'Schedule Pick Up' to book your courier. 
8. Confirmation: Your pickup confirmation reference number will be displayed. Keep this number for any future queries.
