When shipping internationally, you'll create a shipment, which generates an air waybill (AWB).

Remember, you are responsible for creating your air waybill and shipment invoice – they're your official declaration. While DHL Express is here to help with tips, advice, and guidance, we can't create these documents for you.
Unless you specifically select the Duties & Taxes Paid (DTP) service, the receiver will be responsible for paying duties and taxes. By default, if no indication is provided, the shipment will be considered as Duties & Taxes Unpaid (DTU).
The weight and dimensions you have declared for your DHL Express package are subject to verification through re-weighing. If necessary, any discrepancies may result in adjustments to your billing.
It is important to provide accurate and complete information when specifying the shipper's address and details. This should include your or your company's name, telephone or mobile number, email address, and a comprehensive mailing address, including the postal code.

Please be aware that air waybills have an expiration date and will be considered invalid after that point.
